Welcome to Strong Runner Coaching. For this program we are utilising the platform Skool. To access Skool and the programs, use the Invite Link I have emailed you. You will be required to created a Skool Account. You can access the via skool.com or the Skool App on your phone. The Classroom is where the Programs are. If you don't have access to the program you have set up, get in touch. The Calendar will be where I put upcoming events. 10K Week 2 Homework

Extending 10 Weeks to 10k PB Entries
Hey team, I have decided to extend entries until the program until end of this week! If you know someone who might be keen to jump on send them the following info :) It is essentially a 10-week program designed to: 1. Get you running 10k strong 2. Improve your 10k personal best It is aligned with the Beach 2 Basin (although its ok if you arent doing this). Program Includes Running, Strength and mobility workouts. No fancy equipment needed. 2 - 3 runs a week with 2x strength/mobility sessions of 30 - 60mins. Have a few people interested in doing some group workouts together 😁 Usually would charge $99 but am doing a special rate of 50% off so $49. I also have a money back guarantee.
