Im trying to psych myself into running the kerikeri half marathon in November and most certainly need to be held accountable because I tend to start something and then get sidetracked with life(im a 44 yr old nana,raising my 3 yr old granddaughter). I used to run 5k,10 km quite regularly a few yrs back but now struggle to walk even 5k.I used to run to clear my mind and tighten n tone.
