Hey friends 💛 Quick little behind-the-scenes update… I originally started this Skool group as a place to build my workout video library. But (good news!) I discovered I can do exactly what I wanted right on my Hendricks Hometown Fitness website. They have a new feature that includes an on demand video library! So rather than juggling multiple platforms, I’m simplifying things. I’ll be shifting my content into my new private Facebook group➡️ ( www.facebook.com/groups/pkmfitexpress/) as I finish recording and uploading video content to the website. That’s where you’ll find workouts, videos, and all the good stuff going forward ✨ Thank you so much for being part of this little experiment with me. I appreciate you more than you know.😊 – Paula

I’m still here.....
Hey friends 🤍 I’ve been a little quiet in here this past week, and I wanted to pop in and say hi. Between working behind the scenes on some new things and dealing with a really tough personal situation, I just needed a few days to breathe. Thank you for your patience and grace. I’m easing back in and have more movement, workouts, and helpful content coming soon. Even when it’s quiet, I appreciate every single one of you being here. 💪✨

Nothing like a virus to stop me in my tracks. I finally am turning the corner and hope to be back at the gym by Tuesday, 1/27. It shocked me the energy zap. I was only able to do 15 countertop push-ups x 2 sets and 20 sit to stands x2. One wall squat but less than 15 sec. Otherwise, I simply did stretches as lungs required recliner position to sleep x 3 days. SUCKED!
