Influenza A
Nothing like a virus to stop me in my tracks. I finally am turning the corner and hope to be back at the gym by Tuesday, 1/27. It shocked me the energy zap. I was only able to do 15 countertop push-ups x 2 sets and 20 sit to stands x2. One wall squat but less than 15 sec. Otherwise, I simply did stretches as lungs required recliner position to sleep x 3 days. SUCKED!
