🌕 Full Moon and Launch Day
Dear beautiful soul 🤍 Today marks a very special moment — under the light of the Full Moon and the Loy Krathong Festival here in Thailand, I’m launching stillness in motion, our little online yoga space. This project has been growing in my heart for a long time. Today, it finally comes to life — not perfectly polished, but filled with honesty, intention, and presence. I’m currently uploading the first videos — a 90-minute somatic yoga flow and a 15-minute body scan meditation — which will be available tomorrow! From here on, the plan is to share one new class or meditation each week, along with reflections, journaling prompts, and space for connection. I’m deeply grateful that you are here — walking this path with me from the very beginning. This is not just my journey; it’s ours. Let’s grow, breathe, and move — together. With gratitude, Markus 🌿
