Massage Gun - Glutes!!!
Squash players are famous for their backsides 🫣. Big lunges. Deep squats in the back corners. Squash-butt anyone? The glutes are 3 'separate' muscles that together make up the biggest muscle group in your body and are essential to playing your best. But that amount of muscle often needs some extra attention. It doesn't take long to feel a bit achy and stiff after a good amount of squash. Good news for you - a massage gun treatment can really help you relax your glutes, find some movement freedom, and have you feeling ready to go get that next ball from the front left. Massage Gun - Forearm!!
For squash players like you, the forearm can get a bit fussy every now and again. I know it has for me. Some players use a compression strap to help relieve symptoms of tennis-elbow. Others try and stretch it out. Others just plow through and hope for the best. If you have pain at the outside of your elbow - GET IT CHECKED OUT BY A THERAPIST! They'll likely give you some home exercises (a combination of extensor isometrics and eccentrics, most likely) and tell you to play "within tolerance", hinting to play less for the next little while as the inflammation reduces. Whatever they say, you outta listen. But if you're just feeling a bit stiff there, or you've had issues in the past and you "should" be taking care of it better, a massage gun treatment can be quite wonderful.
