Do you know what self sabotage is?
Basically it is were you do behaviour's to unintentionally “self destruct” yourself.
By coping with bad habits like procrastination, junk food and etc.
And a lot of people fall into self sabotage ruts unfortunately.
And now that you know what it is I will also tell you about what prevents it and how to get out of a self sabotage rut.
What is self sabotage caused by?
The most common reason is this:
- Dysregulated nervous system.
And there are many causes of a dysregulated nervous system such as chronic stress, overworking and etc.
But by far the biggest reason is unhealed trauma, this is how individuals get messed up nervous systems
Here is a simple TLDR to healing:
To heal your trauma, first of all bring up the past unprocessed emotion then act on what your brain tells you even of it says cry or whatever, do it but maybe make sure you are alone for this, and sometimes people do not know what to do in that case do a generic method like shaking, breath work, cold exposure or whatever and that will work.
And I also mentioned in this guide I would include how to pull yourself out of a rut of you are in one, and
here is my rut protocol:
You escape a rut by doing ONE small win, then you have the option to say in a rut or get back to normal, cause of the win you will undeniably want to get back to normal
Not by forcing your best self.
