To help with bots: Please report posts directly.
If there is a user in your DMs, there is nothing that can be done on the moderation side of things. There is no direct "kick user" function, outside of posts. Block and report the user, this is a platform administration level issue, and not a community administration level issue.
Once an account is in a community, as far as moderation goes, there is nothing that can be done, this is an administrator level issue, either at the community or platform level.
For example, I can see 13 or so active bot accounts, but because they have not actually posted in the community, there is no way to remove them with the tools Skool provides. These are just accounts I can quickly see.
A scammer is not a bot account. This is even more tricky; using both human capacity, and AI, an individual can do a lot more than a bot alone. A careful scammer is significantly less likely to be noticed, and is a lot more difficult to moderate, if not impossible, if they evade the Skool moderation tools limitations.
Please report posts directly, with the "Report to admins" button under the 3 dots button on a post or comment. Having the name of an account doesn't allow for moderation tools to be used. Users can only be banned from an explicitly reported post.
