Just came to me and I wrote it down without any thought whatsoever ever after a meditation.
It feels like you are the space, the “everything” that wraps around and watches over all things from everywhere—like a sphere that holds and hugs everything at once. This presence looks after, embraces, and protects everything, including the person you appear to be, other people, and all things. It’s always there, but we get lost inside the imagined identity of the person.
For me, when I’m sober I don’t easily feel like I’m that larger presence. A small amount of cannabis amplifies my ability to sense it and to know that I am that, and to see that I’m not just the body or the person—but the presence that hugs, loves, and reassures this “character.” The person feels like a lower, denser vibration—more solid—while the other presence is a higher vibration, like a field of energy everywhere. Cannabis helps the “person” feel it, merge with it, and remember it. Even if you can’t feel it, it’s always there.
A technique for someone to perceive this might be:
Increase the body’s vibration—almost like creating an internal tension—using imagination to speed up your energy until it gets as high as possible. Keep raising the vibration until the body feels like it merges with the highest frequency, the frequency of everything. Since all things and all people are made of the same atoms, it’s about learning to raise their vibration or speed. The eyes may naturally lift upward, the spine may straighten to let energy flow better. This isn’t necessary, but it can make the person feel merged with the higher frequency, becoming everything, with no sense of separateness.
But you can also reach it without changing the body’s frequency at all. You just have to find it and recognize that it’s there even if the body doesn’t feel it. This might be similar to self-enquiry. On lower vibrations you may not feel it as strongly, but it’s still you—the true you, not the person, who is more like a cute actor, NPC, player, or character in your own dream.
Artwork idea
Imagine a sphere of energy with small strands or streams coming down around a person, all connected to the One. This One is everything inside the sphere—every atom—yet it seems to wrap around individual beings and “stick” to them so it (you) can experience something through them, using their senses. The One is experiencing everything at once, but as a person we can’t think, see, or imagine all of it simultaneously because we experience through the limits of the personal mind. Being wrapped around everything means everything is you in a way.
The question I ask myself is:
Are we all the atoms as well, or simply the awareness of the atoms forming different shapes? Are we the atoms continuously cycling through different forms? Maybe we’ve created so much more and can wrap around forms in other dimensions, worlds, or universes too.
It feels infinite—never-ending. Maybe it’s a single sphere where things bounce around, or maybe there are many spheres, like different universes from Men in Black. But maybe all must lead back to the Source, the One. Whether separate or not, the One gives life to everything, and might even be the atoms themselves as well as the animating force.
It’s like a sandpit: the sand represents all atoms in this universe, and the One plays with the sand—creating shapes and attaching to them. I wonder how many sandpits the One has created.
Death
We don’t die, because we are everything experiencing itself. But the person—the mind, thoughts, imagination, senses—and animals and plants do die. That is sad, because the character and its experiences disappear, and we return to the One before going off to experience somewhere else or as someone or something else. I’m not sure whether a person can ever experience the whole One—maybe it’s too vast—but definitely we can experience more than a small slice of it when we open to it.
Yoga
Maybe yoga stretches work because pushing the body beyond its usual limits creates enough internal energy to raise its vibration. At a certain point the stretch reaches the right level of frequency to merge with the One. Stretches that activate many parts of the body at once might be the most effective.
Orgasm
Maybe orgasm feels like merging because it briefly drives the body’s pressure and energy vibration very high. A yawn can do this too for a moment. If you recognize the feeling of orgasm and learn to reproduce it without the sexual part, it becomes a way of merging with the “God frequency,” returning to yourself. You can hold the state longer with practice, though not very long because the intensity forces you to come back down. It’s separate from ejaculation—it’s just the high vibrational burst. Kids sometimes accidentally do a crude version of it by holding their breath and tensing every muscle until they nearly pass out.
Straining
Even straining hard on the toilet for a moment can create a brief high-energy vibration—almost like a few seconds of merging with oneness. It’s funny, but the internal pressure and energy spike is similar.
Breath
Breathing exercises also seem to raise the vibration of the body’s atoms. That’s why you can feel “high” or closer to the One. Feeling “high” seems to mean vibrating closer to the source, to God.
