I’m writing a book and this is a exercise that I use to help me connect with the universe. It’s a great way to level up for anyone interested in air bending.
So go outside preferably somewhere you can get some privacy and focus on different areas of your body. When you’re able to feel the area you’re focusing on then feel beyond your skin. It should feel like electrical tingling. Doing a complete body scan will lead to a drastic increase of energy and when you move your body after doing this exercise you should be able to see your environment moving with you.
Now to refine your air bending understanding that your intentions and breathing are keys to being able to influence the wind. But this exercise is really just to activate your aura and connect you to the universe, the planet and plants. Doing it outside Will also allow you to see how the wind responds to your activation, and if you pay attention to the motions of the wind and plants near you, it will give a deeper insight into your own auric field.
