I took a company from 30,000 a week to a 300,000 six week average, first as a member of the sales floor, and then as the Sales Manager. So trust me when I tell you what I'm about to tell you.
- Don't bother making a product that you're not ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that people want. How do you find out what they want? Ask them.
- Have systems. Track both your activity and the result to see what happens.
- Have Goals. Measurable goals - in dollars (if you want your revenue to grow)
- Sell one on one coaching before you build out a whole product line. This is the best way to figure out what you're people actually want.
- You have two kinds of buyers - those who want to be mentored by you, and those who will hire you to speak.
- Make working with you as easy as possible.
