  1. Sympathetic/Parasympathetic Nervous System - SYMPATHETIC: I'll do high-intensity training session, PARASYMPATHETIC: I will practice meditation or breathing techniques for 5 minutes every day
  2. Sleep - I will go sleep and wake up at the same time.
  3. Diet - I'll try to eat less proceed food and follow 80/20 rule
  4. Active Recovery - I will schedule one easy jogging session per week.
  5. Supplementation - I will discuss supplementation with professional
