I have been fairly quiet on here lately as I have been dealing with a lot of of my own things and getting myself in order. With that said I don't always have all the answers. However I will always grow and admit when I need more practice, patience, and experience. I have been working on expanding my knowledge through seminars, books, and certifications. Over the last few months I have obtained a Life Coach, Breath work, and another Nutrition certification. Do these bring all the answers? No They become tools. Tools to I use to help with my own growth and tools I use to help with yours as well. As our knowledge expands so should the effort that we put into our craft. Like anything in life - the people, projects, hobbies - that we spend our time on we get back in kind.

This new year brings you the chance to make the changes that you have been postponing for tomorrow. Tomorrow is here today, Tomorrow is now. So don’t wait for tomorrow as it never really comes. You only have the here and the now in the present. What have you been putting off until “tomorrow” that you will accomplish today?

You wake up everyday with the choice to pursue the goals of yesterday and change them for another day or to wake up and embody them today and become the person you truly are. Let yesterday live in the past and live here in the now.
