No judgment. It’ll speak for itself Life has a way of throwing curveballs, sick kids, busy seasons, stress, vacations, work deadlines, and about 47 other things nobody put on the vision board. The question isn’t whether you’ve been perfect and “made it”… The question is have you moved the needle at all? Maybe you’ve lost 20lbs Maybe you’ve lost 2. Maybe you’ve learned how to drink more water, walk after dinner, lift a little heavier, or stop quitting every Monday. That counts. Progress isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes it’s just refusing to start over again. So before you make another list or rip up the old one, ask… What have you done well? What have you learned? What are you proud of? Then pick the next small step. Not the big dramatic leap. Not the all-or-nothing step. Just the next one.
