Lets capture March
I have been fairly quiet on here lately as I have been dealing with a lot of of my own things and getting myself in order.
With that said I don't always have all the answers. However I will always grow and admit when I need more practice, patience, and experience. I have been working on expanding my knowledge through seminars, books, and certifications.
Over the last few months I have obtained a Life Coach, Breath work, and another Nutrition certification.
Do these bring all the answers? No
They become tools. Tools to I use to help with my own growth and tools I use to help with yours as well. As our knowledge expands so should the effort that we put into our craft. Like anything in life - the people, projects, hobbies - that we spend our time on we get back in kind.
