Could you talk to me a little bit about honey? I have it in my coffee as a sweetener, and I’m more apt to mix a little with peanut butter if I’m really craving something sweet (vs candy), and I’ve heard different things about. I’ve heard some say honey metabolises differently in your body and doesn’t spike your insulin/blood sugar like other sweeteners. Then there is the “sugar is sugar is sugar” argument. In regards to macro counts, it probably doesn’t make a difference, but I’m curious about how it impacts your body versus other sweeteners. Thoughts? Thanks!
