Good Morning y’all! What are you doing different today to get you closer to your goals of yesterday?

After a bit of a wonky week, I'm back. One of my biggest desires for shifting is in the kitchen. My husband is Keto and between that and all the other various reasons, I end up grabbing a lot of cheese and quick fixes. While we are also good about our veggies, it's not quite enough to balance all the other things. This week (since it's almost over already), I'm going to look through the menus and shopping lists and plan out next shop and menu.

I’ve been feeling a bit of a funk - mild burn out coming on past couple days My goal is to give myself a bit of grace and space before it becomes a full-blown Blurg 😊 Focusing on hydration and protein- I know that will go a long way
Honey
Could you talk to me a little bit about honey? I have it in my coffee as a sweetener, and I’m more apt to mix a little with peanut butter if I’m really craving something sweet (vs candy), and I’ve heard different things about. I’ve heard some say honey metabolises differently in your body and doesn’t spike your insulin/blood sugar like other sweeteners. Then there is the “sugar is sugar is sugar” argument. In regards to macro counts, it probably doesn’t make a difference, but I’m curious about how it impacts your body versus other sweeteners. Thoughts? Thanks!
