Christmas meal guilt
A lot of us tend to battle with holiday food guilt. This is not the time of year to say “fuck it” and toss your diet out the window because it’s the holidays. This is the time of year to give yourself some grace to enjoy yourself, just don’t over indulge and allow yourself to justify it because of the holidays.
The goal this time of year is to maintain and make forward progress while allowing yourself to enjoy the Christmas season.
