Day 4 — Trusting Subtle Signals
As we slow down and notice more, something else often appears: signals that are quiet, easy to dismiss, or hard to explain. Today’s experiment is about trusting what’s subtle. At some point today, pause and notice: - Is there a quiet yes, no, or “not yet” in my body? - Is there a sensation, mood, or pull that doesn’t need words? - What happens if I let that signal be valid — even without proof? You don’t need to act on it. You don’t need to understand it. Just acknowledge that it’s there. If you feel like sharing, you can comment with: - one word - a short phrase - or “felt it” Subtle doesn’t mean insignificant. Today is about trust.

Day 3 — Interrupting the Override
By now, you may have noticed something — or noticed how quickly you move past what you feel. Today’s experiment is about catching the override. At some point today, pause and notice: - When do I automatically push through? - Where do I ignore a subtle signal in order to “keep going”? - What happens right before I override myself? You don’t need to change anything. You don’t need to stop or rest (unless you want to). Just notice the moment before the override kicks in. If you feel like sharing, comment with: - “caught it” - a word or short phrase - or simply “noticed” Awareness comes before change. Today is about awareness.

Day 2 — Noticing Without Fixing
Yesterday gave us something real to work with. AND…Yesterday I didn’t post my planned video— and that turned out to be part of the experiment. Resistance and exhaustion are information, not failure. That moment where the body quietly says, “Not today.” For many of us, deconditioning starts right here — not with action, but with noticing. Not fixing. Not pushing through. Not judging what shows up. Today’s experiment is simple: At some point today, pause for 30–60 seconds and ask: - What is my body responding to right now? - Is it subtle? Quiet? Easy to dismiss? - Is there a yes, a no, or a “not yet”? You don’t need to act on it. You don’t need to understand it. Just notice. If you feel resistance, tiredness, or nothing at all — that all counts. If you feel comfortable sharing, you can comment with: - one word - a short phrase - or simply “noticed.” This is about rebuilding connection — gently, honestly, and at your own pace.
