Day 2 — Noticing Without Fixing
Yesterday gave us something real to work with.
AND…Yesterday I didn’t post my planned video— and that turned out to be part of the experiment.
Resistance and exhaustion are information, not failure.
That moment where the body quietly says, “Not today.”
For many of us, deconditioning starts right here — not with action, but with noticing.
Not fixing.
Not pushing through.
Not judging what shows up.
Today’s experiment is simple:
At some point today, pause for 30–60 seconds and ask:
  • What is my body responding to right now?
  • Is it subtle? Quiet? Easy to dismiss?
  • Is there a yes, a no, or a “not yet”?
You don’t need to act on it.
You don’t need to understand it.
Just notice.
If you feel resistance, tiredness, or nothing at all — that all counts.
If you feel comfortable sharing, you can comment with:
  • one word
  • a short phrase
  • or simply “noticed.”
This is about rebuilding connection — gently, honestly, and at your own pace.
