One of the biggest shifts I’ve experienced was realizing that not everything that passes through me belongs to me.
A thought isn’t you.
An emotion isn’t you.
A hard season isn’t you.
They’re experiences, not your identity.
Sometimes the greatest healing isn’t becoming someone new. It’s remembering who you were before life convinced you to forget.
What’s one word that describes the version of you you’re remembering?
I’ll be jumping on in the next week or so with another Remember You session, and I’d love for you to join us. 🥰
