Karma Is Not What You Think It Is ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Karma Is Not What You Think It Is ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Hello family ๐Ÿ’›
Happy Monday.
Hope you are having an amazing start to the week and feeling ready to step into it with intention and good energy.
I want to share something that came to mind.
A foundational concept that always hits deep every single time it is revisited.
The topic I want to bring to your attention today is Karma.
And I want to be clear.
This is not Karma the way popular culture tends to see it.
In popular culture Karma is usually looked at through a negative lens.
The idea that if someone does something bad it will eventually come back to get them.
A kind of cosmic justice system that catches up with people in the end.
But I want to offer you a completely different way of seeing it.
Because once you see it like this something shifts.
And the more you have it at the back of your mind the more intentional and conscious you become with every action you take.
Here is what Karma actually means at its root.
The word Karma comes from Sanskrit and it simply means action.
Karma equals action.
That is it. Every action has a consequence.
Not from some external judge or cosmic scoreboard.
But as a direct and natural result of what you put out.
And here is where it gets really interesting.
The real consequence of a selfish or unconscious action is not what happens to you from the outside.
It is what happens on the inside.
The guilt you carry quietly.
The anxiety that lingers.
The mood that sours.
The relationships that suffer.
The version of yourself you gradually become through the patterns those actions reinforce over time.
That is Karma. Right now. In your daily life.
And it is not just the big obvious things.
It is the jealousy you feel towards someone doing better than you.
The resentment you carry but never say out loud.
The subtle ways you try to manipulate situations to protect yourself.
The judgements you pass in your own mind about the people around you.
None of those need to be spoken for them to affect you.
The thought itself creates a consequence.
And underneath all of it is the same thing.
Fear.
Self protection.
The constant drive to secure yourself.
To be seen a certain way.
To maintain the image you have of yourself.
Here is the truth that takes real honesty to sit with.
Most of the suffering we experience in life is self created.
It is the direct result of living unconsciously.
Acting from ego.
Protecting an identity that at its core is more fragile than we want to admit.
We are always creating Karma.
Whether we are conscious of it is a whole other conversation.
But here is the invitation.
What if you became more deliberate about the Karma you are creating.
More conscious of the energy and intention behind your actions.
Not just what you do but why you are doing it.
Because just like spitting out of a window without checking which way the wind is blowing.
You will not be surprised when it comes back on you.
The more conscious you become the more you start to see the chain of cause and effect playing out in your own life.
In your relationships. Your finances. Your energy. Your peace of mind.
And when you truly see it something changes.
You slow down.
You pause before reacting.
You start to move through life with more awareness and more intention.
That is where the real shift begins. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Something to reflect on as you step into the week.
In what area of your life could you be more conscious and deliberate about the energy behind your actions.
Drop it below ๐Ÿ‘‡
Wishing you a powerful and intentional week ahead ๐Ÿ’›
