This meditation is for achieving single point focus and relaxing the mind. Helps reduce anxiety and sleeping.
Who can practice - Anyone even someone who has never done any meditation.
Steps:
- Sit down or lay down.
- Close your eyes and do light breathing.
- Roll the index and thumb fingers on both your hands clockwise.
- Make sure your mind is focused on the rolling fingers only.
- Meditate for 5-10 minutes listening to calm music.
