Finger Focus Meditation
This meditation is for achieving single point focus and relaxing the mind. Helps reduce anxiety and sleeping.
Who can practice - Anyone even someone who has never done any meditation.
Steps:
  1. Sit down or lay down.
  2. Close your eyes and do light breathing.
  3. Roll the index and thumb fingers on both your hands clockwise.
  4. Make sure your mind is focused on the rolling fingers only.
  5. Meditate for 5-10 minutes listening to calm music.
