Hello family ✨ Here's a message that came around that I wanted to share with you as you move through the weekend. The essence of your being is pure consciousness. It is not something you have to acquire. It is what you already are. However, because our attention is usually directed outward through the senses, we become identified with the objects of our perception and the ever-changing states of the mind. Also known as survival mode. We forget our true nature. We begin to believe that we are the body. The personality. The roles and scripts we have unconsciously adopted throughout our lives. To experience higher consciousness, we must learn to reverse the flow of attention. This is done through stillness. Deep reflection. Contemplation. Turning our awareness inward. Only then do we begin to gradually realize that we are the silent witness. The observer of all that occurs. In that stillness, all the illusions of the ego fall away. And we stand in the clear light of our own essential being. Which is one with the infinite. Only then do we begin to have a better gauge on what true manifestation and creation looks like. We begin to see we have infinite choice. And how we really have the ability to choose what we want to create. The more this realization settles, you may find yourself taking more time to think about your actions. Because you now begin to see and understand the math and science behind cause and effect. Relativity and alignment. Everything your life is today is due to what you were aligned with and attracting to yourself. But this is usually done unconsciously. Hence why we often find ourselves in situations or attracting things we don't want. Understand you are very powerful. And you are able to manifest and create all the healing, wealth, and love you want. But it all depends on whether you are willing to do the work. The work of undoing. Reversing. Stepping away from all that is in the way of you aligning with it. Something to sit with this weekend.
