My first big win!

Hey all, thought I would share… I got my first big win yesterday! I now officially have a viable business! I started the day having coffee with the owner of a property management company. We had an awesome conversation about business and life in general. I didn’t walk in with the intention of selling. We just talked about what interested us. We shared about our business. As the conversation went on, we started to find more and more ways and places where our businesses aligned. My focus was just being genuinely interested in what he had going on. When it was my turn to talk, I shared my love for technology. I shared how AI, Automation, and GHL are shaping the world. It turned into a Q&A. He started to get more excited than I was as he started to realize how the things I was sharing could have Impact on his business and life! At the end of the day, I’m contracted to create the first automation for him that I should have done in the next couple days. And of course he paid me for my time and our conversation. I actually declined that first, but then I realized that my time is worth something. So now I have a Bible business! $200 for a conversation about things I love. So don’t keep what you’re doing a secret out there. Just share what you love and things will start coming your way.
