Y'all gotta try this
I was onboarding a client and noticed something weird. Most agencies set up automations after a lead books. I flipped it and built this before the call. Here’s exactly what I did šŸ‘‡ The ā€œPre-Call Authority Automationā€ When a lead books a call: They instantly get a short SMS: ā€œQuick heads up before our call, I’ll review your online presence and pull 1 thing that’s costing you leads.ā€ 6–12 hours later, they get an email with: • a Loom (2–3 minutes max) • NOT a full audit • Just ONE issue, clearly explained • No pitch Example: ā€œI noticed your Google listing isn’t showing for [service] even though people are searching it weekly. I’ll explain why on the call.ā€ 1 hour before the call, another SMS: ā€œLooking forward to the call. I’ll show you exactly how to fix what I mentioned earlier.ā€ What changed immediately: • Show-up rate went way up • Calls stopped feeling ā€˜cold’ • Prospects started the call already trusting me • Objections dropped because I had already proven competence The wild part? I didn’t sell harder. I just pre-sold credibility. This isn’t a follow-up trick. It’s a perception shift before the call even happens. I haven’t seen anyone talk about this setup, but once you use it, you can’t go back. Curious: Do you currently do anything before the call… or does the trust-building only start once you’re already on Zoom?
Tested this this week
tested this instead of setup fees. Rule that made it work: • referral must be introduced within 14 days • referral must book a call • referral must match my niche If those conditions aren’t met → normal setup fee kicks in. This avoids free labor. Keeps leverage. Still rewards clients with strong networks. Important: don’t make referrals ā€œoptional.ā€ Make them contractual or time-bound. Has anyone else tried referrals instead of upfront cash?
Google Ai Studio anyone?
Anyone use this? I've played with it a few times and its pretty good. It makes good pages as well as apps as well, you just have to do more to deploy them.

I’ve used Google AI Studio too it’s surprisingly capable for both pages and basic app prototypes. The output tends to be clean, but like you said the deployment takes a few extra steps compared to some builders. Where it shines is idea generation and structure; where it still needs work is polish and launch workflow. Worth having in your toolkit alongside other AI builders, not a full replacement yet.
Anyone use Deepseek AI?
I've used it before, its pretty good and comparable to Chatgpt, I just haven't used it lately so not sure of the updates recently.

I’ve tried Deepseek too solid tool, especially for idea expansion and research-style prompts. It’s not quite as conversational as ChatGPT, but where it shines is in structured exploration and finding angles you didn’t think of. It’s good to keep in the rotation alongside other LLMs rather than trying to rely on one tool for everything.
Who else uses perlexity?
What plan do you have? Is it enough for what you use it for? Do you think perplexity outshines other LLMs? where? and why? I've been using it more, I have the basic plan, I hate the limits on it though. I dislike it almost as bad as I do claudes.

I use Perplexity too. I’m on the basic plan and honestly the limits feel restrictive once you start pushing it for real work. What I like about it is the way it sources and explains things with references that’s where it still feels stronger than most LLMs for research. But if you’re doing heavy workflow or content generation, the limits show fast. Upgrading or combining tools usually ends up being the practical route.
