Here’s what I mean: Zoom has this new waiting room feature. Instead of a boring blank screen, put a short video in there 30–45 seconds max. What to include in the video: • Quick testimonials from past clients • A peek at results you’ve delivered • Anything that gets the prospect thinking, “Yeah, this agency is legit, I need them.” When your client finally joins the call, they’re already convinced, engaged, and even mentally pulling out their card. You don’t spend the first 5–10 minutes convincing them they’re pre-sold before you say a word. I’m making my first video for this and will share the results soon.
