💡 FEEDBACK NEEDED: Replacing the Affiliate Calendar with Paid Leads?

Hey everyone, I need your input on a major shift we are thinking about making.

As many of you know,

and I have been battling the "Affiliate Calendar" feature for months. To be transparent, it’s just not working properly. It’s buggy, it’s frustrating, and frankly, I want to deliver value to you guys, not technical headaches.

So, I’m thinking about scrapping the calendar entirely and replacing it with something much more valuable: Direct Lead Distribution.

Here is the proposed plan:

I am starting a paid ad campaign (out of my own pocket) to generate leads for businesses looking for Digital Marketing, AI Voice, and other GHL services.

Instead of me working these leads, I want to drop them directly into this community for YOU to close and keep 100% of the profit.

The Proposed "Priority Ladder"

Since I am paying for these leads, I want to make sure they are distributed fairly to the people who are most invested in this ecosystem.

Here is the hierarchy I am proposing for who gets "First Dibs" when a lead drops:

🥇 Paid Affiliates: Anyone on an active HighLevel plan under me ($97, $297, or $497).

🥈 VIP Members: Active members of the $99/month tier.

🥉 Premium Members: Active members of the $49/month tier.

🚀 Affiliate Trial Members: Those currently on the free trial.

🔥 Community Participation: If it comes down to a tie-breaker, or if no one in the tiers above claims it, we look at the Leaderboard (activity, helpfulness, engagement).

How it would work:

I post the lead opportunity → You comment/vote that you want it → I check the hierarchy above → I send the contact info to the highest-ranking member who raised their hand.
