Thoughts on a AI OS system...
Hey everyone. I’m exploring an idea and wanted to see if anyone has built or experimented with something like this. I’m thinking of a way to design a chat-based control center for a business that integrates with tools like GoHighLevel, Claude Code, and automation platforms. The goal would be to have a system we can interact with through something like Slack or Telegram, where we can ask it to perform real operational tasks for us. For example, you could message the system to: • build or update a landing page • generate weekly social content • draft email campaigns or SMS follow-ups • summarize daily activity (leads, bookings, pipeline movement) • create and/or perform tasks for onboarding or follow-ups • configure or update parts of a GHL subaccount Instead of manually jumping between tools, this would act as a central “operations assistant” that helps with routine work and project coordination. Conceptually I’m imagining something like a 5-layer architecture: Context Layer – client/business info, brand voice, offers, rules Data Layer – central database collecting events from GHL and other tools Intelligence Layer – AI (Claude Code or similar) that interprets data and generates content, instructions, or summaries Automation Layer – triggers actions like workflows, messages, task creation, etc. Build / Integration Layer – scripts or services that connect APIs and maintain the system The idea is essentially a plug-and-play “company control tower” that handles a lot of the mundane operational tasks while still integrating with tools like GHL. I’m curious if anyone has seen or built something similar, and what architecture or stack might make the most sense for something like this. My buddy sent me this and asked if this is something we do: https://youtu.be/_He58Zi8NQg?si=vO_1es5Qqwjd1uxb I definitely don't have the answer, but wanted to throw it in here. I watched the video and was intrigued. Let me know your thoughts 😊 I think this could help all of us in some major ways.
