Pratik, thank you for sharing this. It helped me seeing the Roast from Sonic and gave me things to look for in my own pages. I like your page, and didn't catch everything that Sonic saw, but they all made sense.

Congratulations everyone!
Happy to be here!!
Good morning community! My name is Nolan, here from Minneapolis, MN. It's an honor to be here and I look forward to working with you all. Thus far I've seen some great camaraderie and that's what I need in my life right now. Focused people and accountability! I pray to see everyone build empires here and I'll be right along with you! I am fairly new to high level but I have been experimenting with AI for quite some time. Thank you @Sonic K for the one-on-one the other night. That really showed me how much you care about the community. I also want to thank the other ones who have been inboxing me or replying to my comments. Happy Sunday and let's start the week off strong. P.S. I apologize ahead of time if I am asking a lot of questions ๐Ÿ˜‚ just how my head works

Help !!
Local businesses reach out wanting websites, SEO, automations. But their actual service is weak. Bad follow-ups. Poor customer experience. Inconsistent delivery. Hereโ€™s my concern: marketing brings attention, but reviews reflect reality. If customers only leave reviews when theyโ€™re unhappy, the agency ends up taking the blame when rankings or conversions donโ€™t โ€œwork.โ€ Money is money, sure. But constant damage control is a headache I donโ€™t want long-term. So whatโ€™s the right move here? Take the deal and manage expectations? Or be upfront and say: โ€œFix the service first, then we scale demandโ€? Curious how experienced agencies handle this.

Hi Johnson, I'm curious about the poor service. You stated they have bad follow up and are inconsistent. Is there an opportunity for the automations to help them overcome those poor service metrics? I've been guilty in the past of not always following up and being inconsistent when I'm overwhelmed with work. When I got some automations in my CRM it really helped improve those experiences. It could also be that they just aren't a very good company, and then I would agree with Brandon and Jason.
Honest Discussion
I wanted to share something honestly. I havenโ€™t made any money with HighLevel in months, and Iโ€™m starting to question whether Iโ€™m doing something wrong. Iโ€™ve been putting in the effort, learning the platform, and trying different approaches, but the results just havenโ€™t been there. Iโ€™m also wondering if the market is simply too saturated. There seem to be a lot of people offering the same types of services, which makes it difficult to stand out, especially without a large budget or established reputation. Itโ€™s hard to tell whether the issue is my strategy, positioning, consistency, or just heavy competition in the space. At this point, Iโ€™m evaluating whether I should pivot and try something else soon. I donโ€™t want to give up too quickly, but I also need to be realistic about whatโ€™s working and what isnโ€™t. Iโ€™m open to feedback on what I could improve or adjust before making a final decision.

Hi Joseph, I'm new to this and just launching so I can't say I have any feedback to offer you. However, I'm really glad you started this conversation. This has been one of my biggest mental blocks with starting this, trying to see how to overcome oversaturation in the market when I'm just starting with limited resources and skills. I'm looking forward to seeing the responses you get and where the conversation goes.
