Okay, I stumbled on something super practical for the community. If youāre doing discovery calls or demos, you have to sell before the call even starts. Hereās what I mean: Zoom has this new waiting room feature. Instead of a boring blank screen, put a short video in there 30ā45 seconds max. What to include in the video: ⢠Quick testimonials from past clients ⢠A peek at results youāve delivered ⢠Anything that gets the prospect thinking, āYeah, this agency is legit, I need them.ā When your client finally joins the call, theyāre already convinced, engaged, and even mentally pulling out their card. You donāt spend the first 5ā10 minutes convincing them theyāre pre-sold before you say a word. Iām making my first video for this and will share the results soon. From what Iāve tested so far, it changes the energy of the call completely. Would anyone else try this with their next demo?
