Visions during breathwork
Hello! I've done a few of the Sunday sessions and I've had such visions. Often when I close my eyes I don't see anything, but when I do the sessions it's like a different part of my brain is activated and I see clear pictures. Why is this? Does this happen to others? What do the visions mean?
