Just letting everybody know that tomorrow morning, that would be Saturday morning, I am getting up very early and heading up to the Kern Canyon and I am going to go hiking.
If conditions are favorable, I will be able to broadcast the meditation live from there. If they are not, I will be creating a video and posting it later in the day.
