A few weeks ago I joined this community because I was curious. What I found was a group of people exploring the connection between the body, emotions, nervous system, and healing in a way that felt practical, human, and real. One of the voices that stood out to me was James Humecky. His work on somatics, nervous system awareness, and embodied healing inspired me to write a song called: 🍒 Somatic Pleasure This isn’t a song about a person. It’s a song inspired by the ideas, conversations, and experiences that happen inside this community. Sometimes the best way I process what I’m learning isn’t through notes. It’s through music.
