Day 78 - Morning Meditation 🧘‍♂️💥♥️
How do you separate yourself from being attached to the outcome? How do you not be fully consumed by or immersed in the current story? What we talked about today was being the observer. This is the place where you can take a Birdseye view, where you can feel that separation from what's happening and who you really are. This gives us a little bit of space and grace from the frustrations and fears of the current event or thoughts of the past or future. In some level, and paradoxically, it is being purely present in the moment.....some might call it FLOW ♥️💥♥️
Day 76 - Morning Meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️♥️🧘🏼‍♀️
Today we talked about change.... what is change and why do you want to change and how do you approach it. Change is inevitable on some levels. You have the ability to change many things in your life: your attitude, your perspective, your hair style and in some cases, your environment. Are you making changes from a place of rejection or from a place of revelation? It's an interesting conversation if you can allow it.

Today we talked about Time and it's relevancy and irrelevancy… I mean does Time seem to be going faster? We also talked about a pleasurable weight loss program and @Eric Stromberger and @Dana Renee Brought in some really good thoughts around savoring and slowing down. We also talked about the difference between choosing to do something like have a drink or have a coffee or any of the other lovely experiences that we can have that sometimes can become habitual and detrimental, and being able to be at choice with any of these things.
