Day 3 Challenge: Feel Less stress and More Vitality
Body Tap, Washing Machine, then Brain Wave Vibration (aka Dahnjon tapping with fists to lower core) for one deeper session (10 min) OR 3 mini-sessions (2-3 min each) using phrase "I feel X. It's ok, I choose to feel my Dahnjon."
