My #1 Area: Friends & Family
My First Step: Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable — even if it includes being judged or misunderstood.
What I Did: This challenge and even the simple act of taking and sharing photos every day, is already helping me break through barriers tied to self-doubt and fear of judgement.
And although I feel vulnerable, 'exposed' & uncomfortable, I also feel proud of myself and even more determined to keep going.
Today I proved: I AM someone who takes action because I made a commitment to myself. I am pushing my own boundaries, challenging my own limitations and becoming the person I was always meant to be. 🦄
