Important to all members of SOG
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, Yesterday we held our weekly video meeting, and it was truly a great meeting. We had some laughter, some fun, and some serious and important discussions; overall, the meeting was very good, and we had some connections issues for some members but still a great meeting. During our meeting we discuss the attendance and being more active in the society. One thing that was mentioned, was the day and time of the video meeting. For those that attended yesterday it was not they never wanted attend previous ones, but rather the time and day of the meeting was an issue for some. I truly not only enjoy these video meetings, but I feel they are important to facilitate the growth of this society. I understand that there are time zones, and locations for our members that live outside the United States can be an issue for some, and this is why I am willing to facilitate more than one meeting to help accommodate everyone, we can try to make these meetings as available as possible to those who truly want tot to participate in them. So, I want to propose four issues that I hope that all members will take the time to read and vote but also give their thoughts in the comments on days and times, as well as if you would like specific topics to be laid out and announced ahead of the meetings. Also do you want the name of the meetings to be changed and what you might like to label the meetings? Please vote and leave your comments below: 1.Give the meeting a more inviting and suitable name like " The Society Lounge" 2. A more suitable day or maybe have multiple days to meet. 3. the best times on these days 4. Do you like the idea of specific topics to be discuss announced and posted prior to the schedule date

Are You Complete
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, Since I started my journey and even more so recently, I have been more mindful and observant of things and people. Not in a negative and judgmental way but rather in a learning process of what to do an what not to do. One thing that I had to come to the realization is that there are so many aspects of becoming a gentleman or a lady for our ladies in this community, and even more so than I originally thought. So, as we start to develop and transform into these different aspects of being ladies and gentlemen and we began to hone in on these attributes, qualities, and characteristics, we have to fine tune them and then apply them to each one of us to fit who we are, this can be a difficult and daunting task especially, when we are not endure it, we want to make that change or even if it is for us. And we think that this is difficult part of this transformation, but this is still the easy part of this. Now here comes the really important part, to start bringing all these aspects together and, make then fit like a puzzle. As you began to adjust, move, turn, and try to make sense and make it look like it is supposed to look from all the pictures you've seen in magazines, books, movies, and those in person. We will even go as far as trying to trim something that we know will not fit to try to make it work, and we want to make it work until we step back and look; and certain parts of this picture, we have that we want to be look good but there is somethings that are off in this picture, like the right shoes, the right fit, the right fragrances for you, the picture we are looking for is very close but just not quite right. So we finally get it right to where we want it to be, the right look and everything we have in in place. Now here comes the moist important and most difficult part of this whole endeavor we started out to do, now it's time to put our masterpiece on display, to walk out in public and display our canvas, (our new person we brought into existence), to put ourselves on display to the world.
Longevity VS AIR polution (You don’t feel it today (maybe), but you pay for it later.)
Gentlemens, I decided to share some experience an research. SPOILER in modern house AIR purification system is a must. I live in quite interesting place where US AQI level often on the HAZARD level. Longevity is usually framed around genetics, diet, and discipline, but air quality deserves a seat at the table. The air we breathe works on us quietly, shaping health over decades rather than years. Long-term exposure to polluted air increases cardiovascular strain, decrease memory and cognitive abilities overall, accelerates aging, and raises the risk of chronic disease. Fine particles penetrate deep into the bloodstream, creating low-grade inflammation that slowly erodes vitality. This damage accumulates. You don’t feel it today (maybe), but you pay for it later. Acceptable Dosage for children is 3 times less by the way. People who value a long, capable life should treat clean air as a strategic asset. Choose your environment carefully, filter indoor air, limit exertion during heavy pollution, and take air quality as seriously as training or nutrition. Longevity isn’t about chasing extra years. It’s about staying sharp, strong, and independent for as long as possible. Clean air helps make that happen. There is quite efficient and simple solution though. There is a lot of AIR purifiers systems on the market. And web sites that helps to be aware of AIR quality situation in your location (example https://www.iqair.com/).
