Cell Phone Carriers

From my experience, all cell phone carriers are bad, a SCAM and charge unbelievable prices for their products and services. I was unhappy with Verizon because of their coverage and costs. Therefore, after some research, I switched to T-Mobile. The agent at T-Mobile had no idea how to transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile (Don't they do this all the time?). He had to call T-Mobile to get instructions on how to switch carriers. The cost for the same service I was getting from Verizon was about $20 less so that was good. Hopefully the coverage will be good nationwide. We shall see. Are other members satisfied with their cell phone carriers? Please provide comments. Thank you.
