Time to reflect on last week and ask yourself if the person you showed up as all week was in line with the why behind your goal. I’ll go first:
🫵 WHO: Dedicated husband, father of two, coach and educator committed to making a positive impact on youth sports.
🤔 WHY: I want to create something my family will be proud of and I want to help young athletes and their parents have a better experience in competitive youth sports.
🙏 DREAM OUTCOME: 10x my positive impact for youth athletes and parents on a yearly basis while building a brand and community my kids will be proud of.
These are not perfect by any means, but just by writing them down I get a chance to reflect on my thoughts, words and actions from last week to see how much time I spent in alignment.
✅ SUMMARY: Last week I struggled to keep a positive mindset when the stress of the work week elevated. This resulted in a decrease in my productivity on Tuesday and Wednesday night and a missed pull up workout on Thursday.
🧭 COURSE CORRECTION: This week I will use my “I AM” statement to stay grounded and focused on my goals.
