**Apparently the RKC plank I chose for this original challenge aggravates a disc issue I have in my lumbar spine right now so I had to change it up a bit.
For the next 90 days I will be doing a "core mobility" challenge. Simple setup below:
1) Pick a move you like that challenges your core and get after it.
2) 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off for 5 rounds
3) Share your experience in the comments
4) Repeat for 90 days

How to do the RKC plank from the original challenge:
- Forearms on floor
- Elbows under shoulders
- Feet together
- Squeeze glutes
- Pull elbows toward toes
- Brace abs like someone is punching you
- Hold 10-20 seconds hard, rest equal, repeat.
- 5 rounds
