How to do Cold Calling to developed countries from developing countries.

. I’m Hieu and I’ve started to learn SMMA from you as well as Charlie Morgan since last week. After watching some instructions for beginner videos, I realized that Cold Calling is an important tool to set appointments, and most of Charlie's clients in the early days were from Cold Calling. So my concern for this method right now is:

How to do Cold Calling to developed countries in order to get high ticket clients for the agency from developing countries (specifically Viet Nam which I’m living in). Because in Viet Nam, you have to charge a high price to the network operator for calling or texting abroad via phone number. But on the contrary, there’s an advantage that the internet connection is everywhere in the city and it costs a small price to use. So is there any chance that I can use the internet to do Cold Calling instead of phone numbers ?
