Quick question. I found a deal on Facebook and want to present it to an investor. Do I disclose the original price and mention I’m adding $30K, or how should I structure the presentation?

is it a deal tha another wholesaler has or is direct to seller? If it is a wholesaler deal: there are 2 ways to do it you can present it to your investor at the higher price adding your 30k and not disclose the fee or you can present it to the investor at the asking aprice and negotiate your fee with the wholesaler. Most wholesalers will tell you to add your fee on top, you need to get a joint venture agreemeent signed with the wholesaler for your fee along with the assignment of contract. If it's direct to a seller there are 2 ways You can run number and get it under contract and assign it to your wholesaler. Or you can have your investor pay you a finder's fee. You getting it under contract you will make more money.
Where is the objection handler for "I dont want to give you a number"
Does someone know where I can find the objection handler if the seller wont give you a price after asking them multiple ways they still say "I dont have a number I am relying on you to provide a number first because if I give you a number then you will just offer that number"?
