Since joining the SML Collective Community, today marks the second collaboration win with

They are currently helping me with a Foreclosure in Park Falls & as of today we are working on the second win with helping a widow in Walworth sell her property to a couple who are first time homebuyers. This is going to be a fantastic win for the fact that the homeowner is house rich, and the first time homebuyers are FHA. With strict FHA Appraisals, there’s almost always something in the report that has to be completed that that will take some kind of transactional funding in order to complete. Im thankful that
