Hey, I'm pretty new here, so I'd appreciate any insight! I just signed a listing agreement with a FSBO. It's a big house in a 3 acre lot, in a great town. House is paid off, seller lives there by himself (3,000 sq ft), and is afraid of all the uncertainty that will come along w the house sale. Property needs a ton of work, and he agreed to price it accordingly. How do I know how much the reno would cost? He wants 799k, and ARV is around 1.2M. TYA
