What are KPI’s ?
KPI Tracking for Real Estate Investors
  1. Gross Leads – Total inbound leads generated from all channels.
  2. Qualified Leads – Leads that meet your target criteria (e.g., motivation, timeline, equity).
  3. Offers Set – Number of leads you’ve sent an offer to (replacing “Appointments Set”).
  4. Offers Made – Number of offers that were actually reviewed, signed, or countered by the seller (replacing “Appointments Attended”).
  5. Contracts Signed – Deals locked under contract.
  6. Closed Profit – Net profit after closing and expenses.
  7. Fall Out Rate – % of contracts that didn’t make it to the closing table (usually due to title, seller, or funding issues).
If you aren’t tracking this, even if you are doing a few offers a week or month you will not be able to identify the areas of improvement and the areas you need to pívot.
If you track small you will grow big results but keep it simple!
