Attorney objection it's normal don't be scared it'a a 5 step proces.
1 Find out if the attorney is real or just a smokescreen, ask who the attorney is and ask for their contat info.
2.Find out if they have talked to the attorney and what terms or conditions the attorney will be looking for in the agreement.
3.Tie down on the decision if the attorney says yes are you ready to move forward
4.Go through your process and review the contract with them on the phone and ask them to sign don't bring up the attorney ( you may get the close this way)
5.Create urgency, offer is only valid 48 hours because we are looking at other properties, how quickly can you talk to your attorney when can we get back on a call.
