Being a closer and getting deals requires being assertive, asking the tough questions and not being afraid to dig and ask great questions to help the seller self discover and provide different solutions.
There is a huge difference between being pushy and being assertive.
Being assertive and confident is a requirement to be a closer.
It's diagnosing the seller's problem and being a problem solver.
