40k Novation
Finally closed on my Novation deal. Netted just over $40k! My biggest deal yet in my career. If I took it on as a traditional listing and didn't utilize the Novation structure and what I've learn in the group, I would have netted $5400 "IF" the deal would've even closed. Super grateful for this group with and steering the ship!!!
