☺️ Motivational Monday – Small Wins Count
One thing ADHD brains are terrible at… Is recognising progress. If we didn’t climb a mountain today, our brain tells us we did nothing. But progress rarely looks like that. Sometimes progress is: • replying to the message you’ve been avoiding • doing 10 minutes instead of zero • getting outside for a walk • choosing rest before burnout Small actions done consistently change everything. Not because they’re dramatic. But because they keep momentum alive. So here’s your reminder today: You don’t need a perfect Monday. Just a small step forward. What’s one thing you’re focusing on today? 👇

Truthful Tuesday 🫶 I’m not always regulated either
I’ll be honest with you… I talk a lot about regulation, capacity, slowing things down all of it. But I don’t live in that state 24/7. Last week I pushed too hard. Felt great while I was doing it… then bang flat. My body slowed me down before I chose to ⚠️ That’s the bit people don’t always say. Even when you understand your brain… even when you’ve got awareness… you can still override it. You can still ignore the signs. You can still end up drained. This isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about: • catching it earlier • recovering quicker • not turning on yourself when it happens So if today you’re feeling off, slow, foggy… you haven’t failed. You’ve just hit your current capacity. What I’ve been doing today: • slowed everything right down 🧠 • no pressure to “perform” • focused on one or two small things • gave my system space to settle Nothing fancy. Just support instead of force. If you’re in that place today… you’re not on your own 🤝 👉 If this hits, drop a “same” or one word for where you’re at today. No pressure to explain it perfectly.

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
Today’s a moment to recognise all the incredible women out there who show up every single day for the people they love. The mums holding families together. The mums juggling a hundred things at once. The mums who are exhausted but still keep going. The mums who care, guide, support and protect. What you do matters more than you probably realise. And for anyone who finds today a little complicated or emotional, that’s okay too. You’re seen. To all the amazing women out there today we appreciate you. 🌸
Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
🎉 Sunday Funday
Alright ADHDreamers… what chaos are we creating today? Are we out causing trouble, pretending to be productive, eating way too much food, or fully embracing the legendary Sunday sofa championship? Could be: • family day • long walk • gym session • DIY you’ve been putting off for 3 weeks • gaming • cooking something decent • or doing absolutely nothing and calling it “recovery” No judgement here. What’s everyone actually up to today? 👇
